I started my career as a technical writer in a mixed role for custom solutions and marketing departments. Currently, I work as a UX Writer & Content Strategist with Effective Digital on their Design & UX team, where I write clear and intuitive messaging for mobile and web applications. I ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging is maintained throughout all products. I have a thorough knowledge of the user experience and the user journey. I have expertise in gathering requirements, conducting interviews, and acquiring content from subject matter experts.
I am familiar with single-source authoring, structured authoring, and publishing tools. I love working in sprints in an Agile environment and have grown fond of JIRA. I have an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Technical Communication Suite (TCS) and Adobe Creative Cloud (CC). I have a proven track record of quickly mastering product information and new software. I write clear and concise documentation with attention to detail.
